How it works

From the van to the office, without anybody chasing anybody

Three steps. The interesting engineering is all in the second one.

  1. The crew shoots the job

Open the app, pick the job or type a new name, take the photos, tick what needs ticking, submit. Target is under a minute, and it is timed as a metric rather than hoped for.

Nothing except the job name is ever required. A report with a name and one photo is valid and will submit. Required fields are how you lose the crew, and losing the crew is how this kind of tool dies.

  2. It survives having no signal

The photo is saved on the phone the instant the shutter fires — no spinner, no waiting on the network, no check between one shot and the next. It sends itself when there is signal.

The queue survives the app being force-quit, the phone being rebooted, and the login expiring. The sync bar says what has actually sent, and never shows a tick for something still sitting on the device.

  3. The office gets it, the customer gets proof

Reports land in one list, newest first, searchable. One click turns any of them into a branded PDF or a share link for the customer.

Submitted reports cannot be edited by anyone, including you. A correction creates a linked follow-up rather than rewriting history — which is what makes the archive worth anything in a dispute.

Three timestamps, always

Every report records what the device said the time was, what the server said the time was, and the gap between them. A phone’s clock is user-settable, so recording only what the phone said is not evidence — and this cannot be added to old records later, which is why it is there from the first report you ever file.

The time is also burned into the photo itself, as pixels. That survives forwarding, screenshotting and being pasted into an email by somebody else’s office. The location deliberately is not burned in — see what the customer sees.

Getting started

There is no signup form. We create your company, load your logo and your checklists, and text the install link to your crew — on a call, with you. It takes about half an hour.

That is genuinely how it works today rather than a white-glove upsell. With this few customers, the half hour we spend setting you up is the best research we get all week, and you get checklists that match how you actually work instead of a template gallery to wade through.

Bring us a job you did last week

The fastest version of this conversation is you describing a real job, and us showing you the report it would have produced. Twenty minutes.
